Greetings!
I am very pleased to welcome you to this page.
This is a tutorial "How to sew 3D face mask" with a completely free pattern for face mask.
Please share this page and sew as many masks as possible for everyone who needs them!
First, download the pattern for face mask from this page (file open in a new window). Print pattern and choose the size you need.
Next, pick up appropriate fabric* like tightly woven cotton.
*Fabric suggestions: the goal of these masks is to stop droplets and must be washable. So, the fabric must be breathable, without letting droplets through.
Further, follow the step-by-step tutorial "How to sew face mask":
Also, you can download a full tutorial with patterns here (from Google Drive) or here (via a direct link on this site). Save the file to your device as it is, without using the "save as..." option.
You can sew face masks even manually without a sewing machine.
Note: This is the pattern for a washable and reusable face mask. This face mask does not protect against viruses. But this can help reduce the spread of the virus.
Please share this page with your friends :)

Very good. The whole family is wearing the masks. Thanks.
Very grateful for this – I had found lots of brilliant patterns online , paid-for and free, but with very complicated instructions. Yours is the best by far, so easy to follow, so my hunt is now over !
Cheers 😘

I agree, nice pattern, but will not let me print.
Love the pattern, but when I try to print the pattern the pictures will not print. I don’t want to keep running back and forth from the computer to my sewing room. Please help! Thank you.
One person wondered if the top stitch on either side of the centre seam is necessary. I set my machine’s zig-zag at 2 mm. and top stitched the centre seam, catching the stitches on either side of the seam. I did this with each piece before I sewed the inside the the outside together. The zig-zag adds strength to the seam. I like the fact that the pattern has five sizes; that way I can use it for the whole family.
