This is a tutorial "How to sew 3D face mask" with a completely free pattern for face mask.
Please share this page and sew as many masks as possible for everyone who needs them!
First, download the pattern for face mask from this page (file open in a new window). Print pattern and choose the size you need.
Next, pick up appropriate fabric* like tightly woven cotton.
*Fabric suggestions: the goal of these masks is to stop droplets and must be washable. So, the fabric must be breathable, without letting droplets through.
Further, follow the step-by-step tutorial "How to sew face mask":

You can sew face masks even manually without a sewing machine.
Note: This is the pattern for a washable and reusable face mask. This face mask does not protect against viruses. But this can help reduce the spread of the virus.

Thank you for the free pattern. I plan on making several children sizes to give to local schools when then open back up as I anticipate, my area of country at least, will require some type of mask at least at first.
