sewing patterns for face mask

 Greetings!
I am very pleased to welcome you to this page.

This is a tutorial "How to sew 3D face mask" with a completely free pattern for face mask.

Please share this page and sew as many masks as possible for everyone who needs them!

First, download the pattern for face mask from this page (file open in a new window). Print pattern and choose the size you need.

Next, pick up appropriate fabric* like tightly woven cotton.

*Fabric suggestions: the goal of these masks is to stop droplets and must be washable. So, the fabric must be breathable, without letting droplets through.

Further, follow the step-by-step tutorial "How to sew face mask":

Also, you can download a full tutorial with patterns here (from Google Drive) or here (via a direct link on this site).  Save the file to your device as it is, without using the "save as..."  option.

You can sew face masks even manually without a sewing machine.

Note: This is the pattern for a washable and reusable face mask. This face mask does not protect against viruses. But this can help reduce the spread of the virus.

Please share this page with your friends :)

  • Thank you so much for the mask pattern. I made them for my grandchildren and husband. I will try to make some for hospitals.

  • Thank you for myself and other ’service members of the Armed Forces who are sometimes forgotten about and that they too need ’other than ’government issued protection. I am an MPI Military Police Investigator in the U.S. Army and plan on making a few of these for my fellow soldiers stationed at my base.

  • Thank you for the free pattern. I plan on making several children sizes to give to local schools when then open back up as I anticipate, my area of country at least, will require some type of mask at least at first.
